Clothilde Lasserre

Painter and sculptor Clothilde Lasserre has been developing sensitive and committed work for over twenty years, focusing on the links between humans and their environment.

Her oil paintings, her original medium, offer aerial views of crowds and trees, like a living map made up of roots, branches and networks. It is a sensitive way of questioning the connections—visible or invisible—that link us to each other and to the natural world.

This perspective is extended in her delicate and organic ceramic sculptures. The forms, reminiscent of plants or bodies, evoke flows, circulations, interrelationships—those mysterious links that run through all living things.

Through her creations, she invites us to meditate on how we inhabit the world—between singularity and interdependence.

Based in the Yvelines, Clothilde Lasserre is recognised by the Ateliers d’Art de France label. Her work is exhibited in France and internationally, and is present in numerous private collections.
